These genuine Dedeco Sunburst® 7/8″ TC Dual radial discs feature an integrated double-width bristle design, delivering a more aggressive and stable cutting action than standard discs.
Ideal for heavy cleaning, fire-scale removal and initial deburring, they are typically used as the first step before progressing to finer grades.

High-Efficiency Deburring with Sunburst Dual Discs
The Dedeco Sunburst® TC Dual Disc is designed for applications where standard radial discs do not provide sufficient cutting action.
By increasing the effective working width of the bristles, the dual disc delivers:
- Faster material removal
- Greater surface contact
- More efficient first-stage finishing
This makes it particularly effective for initial cleaning, deburring and surface preparation, especially on larger or more heavily oxidised areas.
Unlike stacking multiple individual discs onto a mandrel, the Dual Disc is manufactured as a single integrated unit, providing a more consistent and stable working profile.

Operating Guidelines
- Recommended speed: 3,000 – 18,000 RPM
- Maximum speed: 30,000 RPM
- Use light pressure and allow the bristles to perform the cutting action
For best results, use the Dual Disc for initial material removal, then transition to standard Sunburst TC discs for refinement and polishing.
