RODA NyWheel Introductory Sample Pack
RODA NyWheels are UK-made mounted abrasive nylon wheels used for controlled deburring, cleaning, machine-line blending, satin finishing and pre-polishing. They are especially useful where a flexible non-woven abrasive is needed to follow edges, curves, profiles, holes and detailed components without aggressively changing the base geometry of the part.
The RODA NyWheel sample pack is a simple way to test three popular abrasive nylon grades on your own material before ordering full packs. Use the sample pack to compare cutting action, surface finish and material response across fine, medium and coarse abrasive nylon grades.
