Dedeco Sunburst 1/2″ TC Snap-On radial bristle discs are designed for precision finishing in very small, confined or highly detailed areas.
The Snap-On system allows users to change grades quickly without removing a screw-top mandrel, making it ideal for workflows that move through multiple abrasive stages on small components.

These discs are designed for the Dedeco Snap-On mandrel system only.

Important:
These discs are not screw-mounted and cannot be stacked on MM503 mandrels.

Operating Guidelines
Recommended speed:
3,000 – 18,000 RPM (5,000 RPM for woodworking)
Mounting:
Align the disc hub with the Snap-On mandrel head and press firmly until it clicks into place.
Technique:
Use light pressure and allow the tips of the bristles to contact the surface. Progress through the grits for the most consistent finish.
