The Dedeco Sunburst 6″ (150mm) TC radial bristle disc is a large-format loose disc designed for flexible finishing, contour blending and production-scale surface conditioning.
Unlike rigid abrasive wheels, the TC curved bristle format follows complex shapes and sweeping profiles, making it ideal for bench polishing motors, stationary finishing machines and larger workshop finishing applications.

The Dedeco Sunburst 6″ TC radial bristle disc is the flexible large-format option within the bench and production radial disc range.
It is designed for users who need broad surface coverage without losing the conformability of a radial bristle system. The curved TC bristles flex over contours, profiles, edges and irregular surfaces, helping to clean, blend and polish without the harsh scratch pattern or wire breakage associated with traditional wire wheels.
These discs are supplied as loose 6″ radial discs with a 2″ centre hole. They must be assembled into a 6-disc wheel using a compatible large radial disc flange and adapter mounting system before use.
Surface Conformity at Scale
The 6″ diameter provides the surface coverage needed for larger components, while the TC curved bristles remain flexible enough to follow contours, radius edges and shaped profiles.

These discs are supplied as loose 6″ radial discs with a 2″ (50mm) centre hole. They are not supplied ready-mounted and must be assembled into a mounted wheel before use.
For safe, stable operation, stack 6 loose discs together and clamp them using the Large Radial Disc Flange & Adapter Mounting System.

Operating Guidelines
Assembly
- Use 6 loose discs to create one complete mounted wheel
- Ensure all bristle tips are facing the correct direction before clamping
- Fit the discs securely into the flange hub before installing the adapter
- Check the mounted wheel is secure and balanced before use
Technique
- Use light to moderate pressure and allow the bristles to perform the cutting action
- Do not force the workpiece into the wheel, as excessive pressure reduces bristle life and finish consistency
- Progress through grades sequentially for the most consistent finish
- Use appropriate guarding, PPE and machine speeds for large-format rotating abrasives
