Ultra-Precision Finishing with the Snap-On System
The Dedeco Sunburst® 1/2″ Snap-On radial disc is the most compact option in the range, designed for maximum control in confined or highly detailed areas.
Despite its small size, it delivers the same abrasive performance as larger discs, with bristles impregnated throughout to maintain a consistent cutting action over time.
Why Choose the Snap-On System?
For users working across multiple grit stages, the Snap-On system provides a significant efficiency advantage.
Instant Grit Changes
Swap discs in seconds without unscrewing a mandrel or interrupting workflow
Improved Productivity
Ideal for high-volume or repetitive work where time per piece matters.
Consistent Setup
Maintains alignment and reduces handling compared to screw-top systems.
Why Use the 1/2″ TC Format?
Maximum Access
Designed for the smallest features, internal diameters and fine detailing.
Improved Visibility
Smaller disc size allows better control and sight of the work area.
Controlled Finishing
TC (curved) bristles provide a flexible, “flicking” action for delicate surfaces.
