RODA Unitized material is made from a baked and compressed nylon abrasive. Developed with experienced deburring professionals, specifically constructed to provide high performance deburring suitable for use on all materials.
Excellent on all metals- Ferrous and Non Ferrous. This material is unusual in that it cuts well but leaves a smooth, bright finish which is easy to polish up from. Sold Per 10.
Available in 3 Grits, Coarse (Blue), Medium (Red) and Fine – 3SF (Black)

RODA Unitized Points
RODA Unitized Points are made from a baked and compressed abrasive nylon material.
This material is very good for at line and mark removal and the material cuts quickly.
Available on a 6mm, 3mm and 2.35mm (3/32″) spindle. Therefore, they are ideal for use in precision tools such as micromotors, pendant motors, air tools, hobby tools etc.
There are more size options on a 3mm spindle because it is more commonly used in engineering. 3/32” points are generally used by our jewellery customers.
RODA Unitized wheels and points are popular in a wide range of industries. Our customers are involved in mould tool polishing, precision engineering, jewellery, watchmaking, fabrication, sculpture etc.
Unitized material is used to smooth, deburr, remove spues, remove machine lines etc.
Points are particularly good for working inside bores including rings. It works well on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals although it behaves differently on each the finish is always bright and easy to polish up from.
Aluminium– Good for machine line removal, light and heavy marks and burrs. They leave a good finish with no pickup.
Stainless Steels- They clean up light marks & stains in one hit, leaving a good finish.
Mounted RODA Unitzed wheels are also available.
For Jewellers
Unitized material is quick cutting on soft metals. It is useful in point form for smoothing the inside of rings. Very good for rough castings that need a fair amount of smoothing.
