They are used in mould tool manufacture where hard tool steel require heavy stock removal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These strips are made of a flexible terylene resilient material, through which a diamond abrasive is electroplated with nickel. The material is cool running but to obtain maximum life use with a wet lubricant. Diamond is the hardest abrasive and therefore it removed stock fast and retains its speed of cutting throughout its working life.
