Slightly more flexible than the standard material makes Norton Blue Vortex 7 Unitized Mounted Cone Points &#8211; B52 Shape,\u00a0a little more forgiving.<\/p>\n<h4>3SF\u00a0Norton Unitized Points<\/h4>\n<p>Softer than our standard fine unitized points with a fine grit.\u00a0 Ideal for surface improvement and fine grinding work on softer metals.<\/p>\n<p>The higher quality of these grits makes them a premium version of the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.moleroda.com\/product\/mounted-unitized-wheels\/\">\u00a0standard unitized material<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Benefits<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RODA Point is made in\u00a0<strong>our UK factory<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Our points can be made to<strong>\u00a0bespoke shapes and sizes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The points can be<strong>\u00a0dispatched next day.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The material is very<strong>\u00a0good for at line and mark removal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The material\u00a0<strong>cuts quickly.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Points are available on a<strong>\u00a0range of spindles<\/strong>\u00a0e.g. 6mm, 3mm and 2.35mm (3\/32\u2033).<\/li>\n<li>They are ideal for use<strong>\u00a0in a range of precision tools<\/strong>\u00a0such as micromotors, pendant motors, air tools, hobby tools.<\/li>\n<li>Unitized material is used to s<strong>mooth, deburr, remove spues, remove machine lines.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Points are particularly good for\u00a0<strong>working inside bores<\/strong>\u00a0including rings.<\/li>\n<li>It works well on both<strong>\u00a0ferrous and non-ferrous metals<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Although it behaves differently on each metal,\u00a0<strong>the finish is always bright and easy to polish up.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Aluminium-\u00a0<strong>Good for machine line removal, light and heavy marks<\/strong>\u00a0and burrs.
